On the Lexington GreenLooking for a quick day trip that would get us back home for dinner... we decided that Lexington/Concord was perfect (it's a pretty 15-minute drive from Cambridge). We explored the Lexington Green (where "the shot heard round the world" was fired), strolled parts of the Minute Man Trail, and ended up in Concord - a town overflowing landmarks from literary pillars of the 1800s including Nathaniel Hawthorne, Ralph Waldo Emerson and Louisa May Alcott.
